Meet Our Team
Alex Wallace
Alexander Wallace
Alex founded Wallace Fitness Center with the goal of creating a facility that delivers real results while making fitness accessible to people from all walks of life.
Over the years, he has earned certifications from some of the most respected organizations in the fitness industry, including:
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer
- NASM Youth Exercise Specialist
- Precision Nutrition Certified Coach
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- USA Weightlifting Certified Coach
Alex combines formal education, industry-leading certifications, and more than a decade of coaching experience to develop the training systems used throughout Wallace Fitness Center.
Today, much of his time is spent mentoring coaches, refining programs, and overseeing the overall direction of the facility.
Alex is also the co-owner of Steel Health and Hormones Centre, where he helps clients pursue healthier, longer lives through a combination of exercise, nutrition, and evidence-based medical interventions when appropriate.

Michael Sullivan
Michael Sullivan
Michael has been involved in the fitness industry for more than a decade and understands firsthand the life-changing impact exercise can have.
As a Cystic Fibrosis survivor, Michael experienced the transformative effects of fitness in his own life and ultimately decided to dedicate his career to helping others achieve similar success.
Michael specializes in Adapted Personal Training and works with individuals who have physical limitations, injuries, disabilities, or other unique challenges.
His certifications include:
- ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
- Adapted Personal Training Specialist
Michael is known for his patience, professionalism, and ability to help clients achieve progress they once thought was impossible.

Austin Prokepek
Austin Prokepek
Austin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Nutrition and Fitness from PennWest University at Clarion.
His background includes 16 years of competitive swimming experience at both the high school and collegiate levels. He currently serves as a coach for Penn-Trafford Aqua Club, where he helps athletes develop technique, conditioning, and performance.
Austin’s experience in athletics, combined with his formal education, allows him to help clients improve both fitness and nutrition.
His credentials include:
- NASM Certified Personal Trainer
- Degree in Nutrition and Fitness, PennWest University at Clarion
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
Austin leads Wallace Fitness Center’s Nutrition Coaching program and enjoys helping clients develop sustainable habits that support long-term success.

Cathy Sudo
Cathy Sudo
Cathy leads our SilverSneakers® program and has spent more than a decade helping older adults stay active, mobile, and independent.
Her classes are known for being welcoming, engaging, and adaptable to a variety of fitness levels and abilities.
Beyond the gym, Cathy regularly organizes activities and events that help foster a strong sense of community among participants.
Her passion for helping others and her commitment to building relationships make her an invaluable part of the Wallace Fitness Center family.
Ben Pekarcik
Ben Pekarcik
Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from Penn State University before pursuing a career in fitness.
His passion for health and performance is evident both in his personal dedication to training and in the energy he brings to his clients every day.
Ben holds:
- NASM Certified Personal Trainer
He is currently continuing his education through additional certifications in Corrective Exercise and Nutritional Behavior.
