Class Schedule

Our established group training classes meet:

  • Monday: 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Interested in training with your own group? We also offer custom group training for sports teams, couples, friends, and organizations. We’ll work with your group to find a time that fits everyone’s schedule.

Our workouts combine strength training and conditioning in a fast-paced, coach-led environment. You may perform movements such as:

You’ll work through a coach-led workout that may include strength movements, conditioning circuits, sled work, kettlebells, rowers, air bikes, and other functional training exercises.
