SHiNE

SHiNE is a fun, performative dance class. This is a great way to get your heart rate up and burn calories with people who enjoy to dance! Classes are held at Wallace Fitness Center Thursday at 6pm, and Saturday at 9 am.

Dawn Blank – Dawn is the instructor for our SHiNE program. Dawn is in incredible shape has been committed to fitness her entire life. Despite injuries, she continues to exercise and teach our SHiNE class as a certified SHiNE instructor. She believes everyone should work out and SHiNE is a fun way to do it.
