Jacob Brush is in charge of our Adapted Physical Training program. This new initiative is being run by Jacob Brush who went through the Adapted Physical Activity program at Slippery Rock University. Jacob has gained numerous hours of hands on experience working with a wide variety of clients with differing disabilities and limitations. “I take pride in my ability to show someone that they can exercise at a level they may not have believed they could before. Progress and improvement isn’t always measured by numbers on a sheet. It can be measured through confidence in movement, joy, independence, and self worth. Nobody should feel like working out isn’t an option due to a small limitation” Jacob also has his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialization through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and brings the same passion he has for Adapted Physical Training to all of his personal training and group training clients.

After several months at Wallace, Bryson picked up and moved to Florida where he would direct several facilities’ personal training programs and help them grow and expand. Bryson did this for years down in Florida, helping numerous programs from the ground up. He decided to move back to Pennsylvania and get back to his roots, working now at Wallace Fitness Center.
