This program is PERFECT for you. This one on one attention is exactly what you need to feel confident working out. We’ll help you with technique, programming, and show you how to make progress. 

Related to the question above, it depends. If you’re a 30 year old former athlete, your starting point is going to be different than a 55 year old with no fitness experience. We start you off at the appropriate intensity and focus on technique, progression, and consistency.

For this offer we are doing 1 hour sessions - however we do offer half hour sessions outside of this offer.

One of the primary methods of your goal booklet will be getting your nutrition right. You cannot out exercise a bad diet so this is so important to do. 

Whatever you want. You’re not locked into anything. My goal is to deliver so much value over these 3 hours that you cant live without us! But you can do whatever you want afterwards and I’m going to make sure we give you the tools to feel confident exercising no matter what you decide.
